Workshop: Ensemble Over Self w/ iO Chicago's Gretchen Eng (Friday, November 22nd)

$40.00

Each class is limited to 16 students.

"Got your back" isn't just something we say, it's something we believe. In this workshop, you will practice putting the group over yourself, heightening other people's ideas, and making moves that serve everyone, not just your ego. You will walk away with a collaborative sense of ‘yes and’, the ability to feel your fractionhood, and an instinct for the sort of ‘show moves’ that elevate sets from comedy to art. Improvisers with an experience or interest in long form teams will get the most out of this session.

Prerequisite: Completion of BCC Level 1 Improv at equivalent at any Major Comedy Theater

Drop-in Class: Friday, November 22nd, 6:30PM - 9:30 PM

Note: This class may end at 9:00pm if it receives under 12 enrollments.

Where: The BCC Dog House, Studio #2 (137 Montrose Ave, Brooklyn)
