Who doesn't love soup? There’s lentil soup, split pea soup, tomato soup, Bowling for Soup, Chicken Soup for the Soul, NO soup for you, and now, at long last, a big steaming bowl of Stand Up-style soup at Brooklyn Comedy Collective. The devastating truth is this show REALLY...has nothing to do with soup. Let us try to explain.

Maggie (co-producer, woman) frequented freaky alt shows in basements and rooftops while Michael (co-producer, Canadian) came up in the brick-wall traditional Stand-up world and now their worlds collide. Soup of the Day is Stand-up with a Pinch of Alt (that's a soup pun bitch!), a show for soup and comedy fans alike, and WHO KNOWS maybe we’ll even be serving out some complimentary soup!!!

Disclaimer: We will not be serving real soup due to very real food service laws we will not break. We will indeed be serving metaphorical soup for the soulful and the soulless.
