Thanks for hiring the Brooklyn Comedy Collective!

1. PARTIES. This is an agreement between the Client listed above and Brooklyn Comedy Collective (BCC). Rules and regulations are subject to change and negotiations at the discretion of BCC.

2. SCHEDULE, FEE, CANCELLATION. BCC hereby agrees to provide the services with details determined above. In consideration of the rights granted herein, the Client shall pay BCC an event/workshop fee listed as Total Invoice above. Workshops or events may be rescheduled or change the total number of participants with 7 days notice. If cancelled with less than 1 week’s notice, Client agrees to pay the full fee agreed upon in this contract.

3. DEPOSIT. A non-refundable 50% deposit must be made upon signing this agreement and is required to confirm dates & instructors/performers. Events/Workshops will not be final until this agreement is signed and deposit is received by BCC. Payment in full is due upon delivery (can be adjusted to up to net60 if needed by client).

4. FORCE MAJEURE. In the event the Venue for event/workshop is rendered unsuitable due to international, national or local calamity or emergency, any municipal, city, state or federal war or any other unforeseen occurrence or event beyond the reasonable control of the parties, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, BCC shall have the right to cancel or reschedule the Event by providing written notice to the client. In the event of a cancellation of the Event pursuant to this paragraph, BCC shall refund to the Client any deposit paid by the Client and neither party shall have any further obligation to the other party under this Agreement.

By paying the deposit, client and BCC agree to contractual terms above.
